Silent Haven has contributed to a fellow Silent Hill fan who has a great passionate and ambitious project on kick-starter to directing a independent Silent Hill 2 film! You should too, even if its $1 dollar!
My name is Brett Driver. I am an Independent filmmaker that has been making films and shorts on the “low budget” scale for a little over 12 years. You can view more of my work here! www.youtube.com/brettsk8
‘LOST DAYS' is based of the hit video game Silent Hill 2. Ultimately, the story is about love and loss. I feel that it is very important for me to tell this particular story because it represents, and affects a vast majority of people that fall into their own darkness, and do battle with their own personal demons. Plus, I just feel really passionate about the subject matter. I feel as a Director it’s very important to tell a story that pulls at your heart strings and makes you feel something by the ending credits. (That’s my main mission with this project!)
I have been working on the script for more than a year, and written multiple drafts to insure perfection in my own eyes.
By donating you will be helping us make a film that myself, my crew, and actors are EXTREMELY passionate about! PLUS you get to be apart of the whole experience! What’s more exciting, and awesome than that?!
The CastSearching for the PERFECT cast is an absolute MUST on bringing an adaptation, or any film to life. You have to find Actors that are committed to the project, and are willing to bring your vision to life in every aspect. Even if it means going to really dark places.Starlin Britt James Sunderland

Bradford Haynes Doctor Howell
THE CREWFinding the RIGHT crew is equally as important, TRUST is key. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to choose to bring this vision to life.Brett Driver Writer & Director

What We Need & What You Get
For this project I have calculated, and predicted that we will need around $3,000 to make this thing a reality!
Also, by donating you will recieve some cool perk awards, so don’t think you’ll be going away COMPLETELY empty handed!
I can assure you that every cent goes into the production of 'LOST DAYS'
Not ONLY do you get to be apart of the creation of this film, but you also help out with all of the on set needs!
here’s the breakdown of where your money goes!
- Actors (These guys are important to selling the dark character roles.)
- Props (This includes Set Dressing, and vital items to sell a scene.)
- Lodging (Hotels for Cast and Crew)
- Transportation (Gas to get to and from set)
- Catering (Snacks, Food, Water)
- Wardrobe (Costumes for the actors)
- Makeup (FX makeup that sells a certain look.)
Your contributions will make such a huge difference to the look and style of the film, with the budget we are able to have a fantastic cast, awesome locations, and great help on set. I am SO used to working with little to no budget, and doing absolutely EVERYTHING myself on set. Your help is really giving me a new opportunity, and experience!
You don’t HAVE to donate to help!
I understand not everyone will be able to donate to this project, if it’s still something that sparks an interest in you, share it on social media pages like Facebook and Twitter. Just getting the word out there is payment enough!
Thank YOU so much!
Thank you guys for giving this page a view! I am so thankful for your contributions, interests, but most of all your support! This project wouldn’t have the same outcome if it weren’t for you!
You can also follow our progress on Facebook!
Let’s make an awesome project together!
Dear Silent Hill fans, thank you very much for your patronage . We Gecco Corp., Terminated the distributionship agreement with Toymunkey Studios Inc. in the end of October. Although we had requested Toymunkey to improve business operations for a while, they still dont seem to respond in a sincere manner and cause our Silent Hill fans so much trouble. Even though we broke up the partnership with them, we’ll keep asking Toymunkey to improve the operations. In Japanese market, we plan to release ‘Heather’ in the end of this yar and ‘Robbie’ in February 2014. As for any other area other than Japan, we are negotiating with several distributors, and the release will be later than Japanese portion. However, we promise that we’ll bring those statues to you. We really appreciate your patience and continued support.

I am a big fan of Silent Hill!! I clearly still remember the first time I heard the radio noise in the first game. When Gecco asked me to sculpt BHN, I jumped and gave them big “YES!!!” The only thing difficult was, there was not much references so I had to imagine and create some of the detail. It was really fun though. HEADLONG is my friend, and I have more career sculpting female figure than him, so he introduced Gecco to me. Gecco is really new company. RPT and BHN were their first products. Since we have really good relationship, I will sculpt more stuff for them.

Check out my acoustic cover of Theme of Laura !
The track I recorded was in tribute to Akira Yamaoka and his fantastically composed and orchestrated work on Silent Hill 2. I tried my best to capture the same orchestration and composition through a strictly acoustic medium using multiple layers of acoustic guitar. I only used a 6 string acoustic.

Toymunkey Studios Bubble Head Nurse Statue Review!
The Bubble Head Nurse has surprisingly hit my door step. It is my second Silent Hill collectable statue from Toymunkey Studios, which offers all the same exact fine detail and craftsmanship that Red Pyramid Thing statue had to offer with even more features! When opening the Bubble Head Nurse the first thing I noticed was the various optional removable hands, which you can inter change to create different displays for the statue. Either a steel pipe in the right hand or a steel pipe in the left. Also the platform on which the statue stands can be interlocked with another platform to numerous nurse statues. I found these optional features to be a big motivator in collecting quite a few as to create a scene in which many Silent Hill fans may be familiar with, a scene with a brood of bubble head nurses dead frozen in a hallway waiting for you to make the slightest noise!
The light weight PVC statue stands about 10 inches tall making it a bit shorter and not as wide when standing it next to Red Pyramid Thing which makes sense in ratio to the game’s character design. Again, the statue was painted by Yoshinori Yatake (ACCEL) while this time sculpted by Shin Tanabe with the packaging art created by Team Silents own art director, Masahiro Ito. The packaging offers a unique drawing made specifically for these statues on one side and 9 square windows to view the statue from the outside on the other. It too comes with the same back drop as the Red Pyramid Head, the 9 save squares from Silent Hill 2 to also display your Bubble Head Nurse in front of!
I feel that the choice to bring in Shin Tanabe this time around to sculpt on this was a wise choice as he has a lot of experience with sculpting the female anatomy. Tanabe has done a fantastic job at what may seem like a simple female frame with the notorious big breasts, slender waist and wide hips, but the contorted stance that the Bubble Head Nurse holds is something that Tanabe has impressed me with here. I am especially impressed with the strained fingers and the texture brought out in the gloves she wears. I also love the collar bone area just below her crooked neck, you almost feel as though the nurse will begin convulsing and start walking towards you. I do however feel the face and head of the nurse look a bit different from the Bubble Head Nurses in Silent Hill 2, but still share other similar attributes like the nurse cap which she wears upon her head is spot on. Tanabe has really capture that sexually disturbing quality that the Silent Hill nurses are famous for with this statue.
ACCEL is no novice in the field of sculpting and painting and his craftsmanship on this statue just shows he knows not only the art of painting a statue but also knows his Silent Hill nurses! The color of the flesh is the exact same dead, drab, pale gray color that we remember so well in Silent Hill 2, but looking closer at the surface of the skin you get details that you could hardy see in the games due to their low resolution. Such details were painted on like the many blue veins beneath the hundreds of slashes from self mutilation all over her neck, arms and legs which range from colors of bruised purples to bloody scarred browns and reds. The cuts on her uniform seem to glisten as though they are bleeding through, protruding in some areas. I also love that ACCEL went as far as to give the gloves a glossy appeal, which really brings out a latex like material. Lastly, the steel pipe has an inconsistent rusty color and shinny texture, using silver, copper, brown and golden colors.
The platform is another piece which I absolutely love, not just for its clamp fitting feature with other nurse platforms, but it too has just as much great detail as the nurse statue itself. It features bloody nurse foot prints on a broken concrete floor exposing a rust metal grating beneath, which appears to have soot and grime filling some of the mesh openings. Another feature I loved about the nurse is she can stand just fine without the platform as the peg used to support her is on the platform and not below her foot. This in my opinion is definitely a plus.
I must say, I am again very pleased with what Toymunkey had to offer again on this statue. I really have to give Toymunkey a lot of credit for offering the optional hands varying your figures display choice and including interlocking platforms. The statues diversity really makes it unique to other novelty items. From its highly creative and artistically stylish packaging to its fine craftsmanship and carefully detailed production from high end professionals, this statue is a must have for any serious novelty collector or avid Silent Hill fan. I want to thank the guys at Toymunkey for giving us such high quality Silent Hill products at an affordable price. More Silent Hill statues will be coming to your doorsteps this winter. This time Toymunkey has explored the (other)world of Silent Hill 3. I just may have a Robbie the Rabbit review up in the coming months. I hope!
You can order this and other Silent Hill statues on Toymunkey’s website.
Or the cheapest I have been told the Bubble Head Nurse statue can be found is from Big Bad Toy Store for 104 dollars before shipping.
